All of the above recommendation seem to need that IG connected to a facebook account or page, this will not work for us, does anyone have any other recommendations?

If not already done by some saas you should consider getting it coded for you, although it would need maintenance and to keep the dev on retainer depends on how much it's worth to you

I write and run a lot of custom automation tools, and there is a fine line between a bot that works and one that gets you banned but it's the only way to do things at scale they just need to be coded well then tested properly
