They are even here, because they know that there are lots of potential customers around, trying to find a payment gateway solution for their black hat businesses. They can promote with paid ads using cloaking tools as well. And of course, organic traffic, classic SEO tactics to appear on Google if someone searches for ''payment gateway for nutra business''. On Reddit and Quora they are also self promoting their businesses.
Stripe is the easiest to create an account and start right away if your business is white hat

It depends on what is your business are, fiat to crypto are ideal for high-risk merchants who face challenges with traditional processors due to regulatory or compliance issues.
Stealth Stripe and PayPal accounts are better suited for industries that need to maintain the appearance of a low-risk business to access traditional payment processors.

My stuff is white hat but can't create stripe due to geo restrictions. So, either stealth or the other option, but I can't see what's better.
