Seriously though .com cost only ~~ $7 at godaddy. You should use .com to flip websites IMHO.

Go to any of the start up website sitepoint auctions and check it out for yourself. Plenty of folks selling .info domains with wordpress templates for over $50.... I saw a whois site sell for $400. Thats a pretty decent ROI. And it doesn't matter if its .info or .com if you have shitty writing, product, lay out, design,seo keywords, user interface, ect you won't sell anything... and its not like having .com helps any better in your search rankings.
