Can anybody help me is setting proxies in GSA SER

Q 1 - I bought 20 private dedicated proxies from storm proxies and it was working till last last month but from last week they are not working, when i contacted they said that "You should connect to your member area and set your access IP or switch authentication to "username/password"". i am not able to understand what this mean, can anybody help me in setting up these.

Q 2 - I bought Xevil last week and again bought 10 ipv6 proxies from proxy-seller.com and they are also not working, their support offered me two time replacement and still none of its working

Now I am thing that i am doing something wrong in setting up proxies, can anybody help me in setting up proxies plus I request everybody to answer my first question

It seems the provider is asking you to whitelist your IP in the members area, allowing you to access the proxies using your IP address directly.

For your first question, Storm Proxies wants you to either authorize your IP or switch to username/password login.

  1. IP Authorization:
    • Log into your Storm Proxies account.
    • Add your current IP under "Access IP" or similar.
    • Save and test the proxies.
  2. Username/Password:
    • Use the login details they provided in your proxy settings.
    • Enter them in GSA SER and check if it works.
For the second question, double-check the proxy format (e.g., IP:PORT or USER:PASS@IP:PORT) and test them outside GSA SER to see if they’re working. If issues continue, you might want to check setup guides or forums for help.
