So Meta suspended our ad privileges for "unusual activity". We request a review, 5 days later they overturn the decision and allow us to use ads, Hours later, suspended for unusual activity and we have been caught in this cycle for 2 months. Many times the ads are turned on and off without us even logging into the account. We have never seen unusual activity. It is a pretty small account so no reason for someone to hack us.

Anybody know how to actually access a human at Meta for help? We get the exact same canned response every single time from "Laura". It is all AI/bot generated nonsense. Somehow we got caught in some loop of stupidity and cannot get things resolved. We run ads for our affiliate marketing, never violate rules. There has never been an ad not approved or removed for violating any rules. It is always this nonsense "unusual activity" broad spectrum of garbage.

Anyone else deal with this and get it resolved?

Buy more BMs, if you want to run ads on FB and IG nowadays, you need to have several profiles and BMs ready to continue running, because sooner or later, your account will be restricted or your ad capability will be permanently suspended, it's basically unavoidable since FB is extremely strict nowadays and the best approach to deal with it is having multiple accounts. Were you banned? Move on to the next one.

In situations like these, I’ll move on with new BMs. If you keep contacting them, you'll just end up losing more time.

It is safer to buy more BMs, or to create more ad accounts using some anti-detect browsers, such as AdsPower, dolphin, etc.

contact FB support is all you can do .

Man, that’s a nightmare. Try reaching out via Twitter, Meta’s support team is sometimes more responsive there.

You can try to switch to another account, or you will use another network IP address.
