Hi all, is there an Ai similar to ChatGPT that basically has no regard to laws

I need an Ai to make me fake IDs to recover some profiles but ChatGPT won't do this

Most of Ai are limited or manipulated to keep them legal . I don't think you can find an Ai that don't have other limitations
