I’ve just completed a course on Facebook Ads and Google Ads. As a beginner, I still feel quite overwhelmed and unsure about where to start.

Could you recommend some good groups or forums for beginners? Specifically, I’m very interested in reliable and beginner-friendly affiliate networks where I can practice advertising skills and learn more.

It's very very difficult to have positive roi with Google ads. It's just way way expansive. Even for real businesses. For affiliate marketing It's even more expansive since you don't own a product so you are already working with thin margins.
You should look deeper into Facebook ads.
