Commercial intend KW do not rank

A website has informational pages with h1 long term keywords. Some of these articles get 5-8 visits per day and rank in position 10.
So far so bad

The same website has commercial pages and these ones do not rank at all. They are like in position 100.
Some of these commercial pages are used as landing pages for google search ads. But organically they do not rank at all.

What can be the reason for it?

They have less compared to the informational ones.

But they have around 400-600 words ( my guess now...) bullet points, h1, h2, h3 etc.

Information pages length is 1500-2000 words. The KWs are only informational.

In the commercial articles the KWs are a mix of commercial and informational KWs.
