Do Not do business with ymjj0330 - He will pay for work, then do a chargeback

Well looks like the new guys are at it again.

This guy contacts me for SEO work to be done. Says he wants a 3 month deal for $1250 a month, for 5 sites.. Well I made up the contract and he signs it, sends it back, and pays.. Well its time for another payment which he tells me he dont see anything done, ( i told him it takes time for g00gle to crawl and pick up links) I did show him the blog comments and articles I have wrote and submitted.

Well after about 30 minutes of me showing him all this, he decides he isnt going to pay and wants to do a paypal chargeback. Even said he was going to post on BHW about my services.

So my advice is please ban this member and/or beware of him and never do business with him. The bad part about it, he is from China, so you know theres nothing you can do.

I dont think I could have done anything else to cover my tracks when it came to doing business with him.

Is there anything I can do BH style that will pretty much ruin what I have done as far as getting backlinks to his sites and all?

i don't know too much about seo, but you may try to outrank his sites, sandbox them somehow

or hurt him where hurts the most: how does he monetize his sites? adsense, CPA, amazon? - make him banned from the networks he uses

or, i know i can say it easily, but you may just let it go...

i'm pretty sure, soon we can read here much more accurate ideas than mine

i have NEVER won a dispute with PP until my last one. they said they do not get involved with digital services and gave me my money back that my client tried to do a charge back on. i provided them links to work done, etc.
i didnt even have a contract like you.
it sucks big time, but i think with proof of work done and a contract you should have at least a 1% chance of fighting this (depending on the mood of the PP person you get!) gl

I have won quite a few disputes with them because when I first see one come in I am on the phone with them showing proof and all.

I am Dont care that he didnt pay or might try and do a dispute, I just want him taken care of and banned from the board so it dont happen to another member.
