After refund. Pm me or casino jack, thread will be deleted. But Money man should confirm that he received the refund.
 
If I have the ability to do so, I will definitely delete this thread after I get my refund. However, I have still not received my refund (and I think it has been over 4 hours, lol). thedmtic, if I am unable to delete this thread myself, I will contact the mods as soon as I receive my refund.

Also, as askHWH said, you gave me a FALSE negative Rep plus a FALSE negative iTrader feedback submission; all because I brought this to the Shit List. How about removing those, thedmtic? Mods, if he does not remove them, will you please do it? Thanks!

thedmtic, if I ever get my refund, I still think you are getting off easy once this thread is deleted (if I get my refund), because look at your behavior after I brought this to the Shit List (which I had every right to do...after a MONTH)! You gave me a negative Rep and a negative iTrader after I put up with your BS for over a month (two weeks out of that month you were no where to be found). So you are lucky (if you pay me my money back) that this thread will be removed because the majority of this forum will not be able to witness your immature business tactics when something goes wrong (or your immature business ethics period). Especially after someone has given you all the patience in the world!

Didn't I tell you no one would have sympathy for you? Who has sympathy for thedmtic? Who thinks I am in the wrong? Please post back! Thank you!
 
The reason I delayed responding was the PM said he would refund one way or the other without me deleting this. I do not think we will be at this point.

Pretty crazy, huh? All this little scammer is worried about is this thread being deleted. Even if I get my refund, and this thread is deleted, I encourage all of you who have read this thread to tell all of your friends about this guy's poor business ethics so they do not have to go what I went through!

I am actually hoping he does not send me my refund so this thread can stay up and no other BHW member will ever have to go through what I did. Yes, I am being serious; I can easily eat that $100. In fact, I already did...over a month ago! LOL!

Well I do not care if I get my refund or not, because I am more worried about other members on BHW having to go through what I did with this guy, rather than some measly $100.

I would rather eat the $100 and have this thread stay up, since obviously all he cares about is it being taken down so he can scam more people on BHW. I do not think that is fair and I am willing to eat $100 of my money so no one else on BHW has to go through what I did with this guy.

CasinoJack, if he really said "whether the thread was taken down or not," I strongly suggest you do not take this thread down. The reasons are quite obvious. Thank you for your consideration!

Thank you for your reply and for your support my man! I truly hope I can just eat that $100 and have this thread remain up so no one else on BHW will have to deal with this guy's poor business ethics/standards. Not to mention his immaturity!

thedmtic has refunded my money. I will say however, that I am almost 100% certain that had it not been for this thread, I would have never received my refund. He obviously wants this thread taken down really bad (just as long as he sends the refund).

Furthermore, I do not think this thread should be taken down until the FALSE negative Rep and FALSE negative iTrader feedback submission is removed. I know that is not my call, but the mods can clearly see all he is concerned about is getting this thread taken down so he can practice his shady business tactics with other members. I say leave it up. Why force other members here on BHW to have to deal with this guy's improper business ethics and utter immaturity? Do as you wish mods (it's your call), but man, I couldn't imagine you wanting to put another member here on BHW through what I had to go through.

I dont mean to be funny, moneyman seems a nice guy and good one him for taking a risk by closing that dispute.

But as thedmtic didn't stick to his word and refund within 4 hours maybe you should leave this thread up for a few days, just so he gets reminded that you have to pay for your actions, one way or another!

Yea you refunded but you broke your word, maybe keep thread up over 30days so he cant dispoute or chargeback!

I say keep this thread up forever for the simple fact that there is no doubt in my mind that he will do this again. Not to mention the FALSE negative Rep and the FALSE negative iTrader submission he gave me, all because I took this to the Shit List (after waiting a month)! Why take this thread down and put other members on BHW at risk? I do not see the point. Someone please point it out to me. :D
 
Maybe not delete the thread then - Before used to post to this forum I would always check the shitlist and this is one reason why I joined as I knew it might work in my favour if I got scammed - I always do a search of a user if I might do a transaction.

If he kept his work then maybe delete the thread, but he broke his word to a moderator and if they do delete the thread then it imo that's walking all over them and saying I can say/do whatever as ill pay to get out of the shit
