Adding few random yt videos (not mine) in bulk to track new comments.

Man, that's tough for me to say. You could try searching on Google; maybe some SaaS can provide that. Also, a programmer could create a script for it. Check out open-source sites like GitHub because there might be something similar. And finally, you could try the YouTube API.

I'm not sure if any of this will really solve your problem, but it might help you find a solution.

If not any tools available yet, you can try to create one with python + selenium, I did a similar one before, when download ytb video subtiles + comments then convert to a blog post,
You may need to save the comments to a db, then next time just check the comment after a given timestamp
