If its indexed then search for Meta description, if no result means it not ranking your page.

In the end Google uses whatever they want as meta title and description, you can't force it to use a specific text as meta title

Ensure your meta title and description are concise, relevant to the page content, and include primary keywords naturally. Avoid keyword stuffing.

To be honest my established ecommerce website google has never in my life used my own meta and title descriptions, I somewhat think there pointless, however we are seo'd up to the max correctly, but still don't use them.
What plugins and how it will help us
