A piece of advice for those that have shorts on new channels with 0 views etc.

YouTube is a random machine. If you know you have quality videos and you have 0 views from them on a new channel, my advice is close the channel, open a new channel, upload 2 videos, wait a day, upload 2 more. If they are not getting pushed, change the video content around and try again on a new channel.

Why do I say this?

I cloned 3 shorts, they are those women of war videos with there boobs on show,

1st attempt, new channel, 3 videos 0 views.
2nd attempt, put them on a channel 2 weeks old, already had pushed 2 other videos into the feed, still didn't push the videos.
3rd attempt, put them on an old channel, they pushed straight away into the feed.

Conclusion, you need to keep trying with the same videos, it would seem until.you get the push into the feed activated on the new channel.

I knew the videos were good, just had to keep trying with them.

Don't even bother to analyse the algo, it's pointless, just accept that YouTube algo is completely random, the more videos you get onto it, the more chance you have.

It seems YouTube's algorithm is unpredictable, so if you're not seeing views, don't give up. Keep testing on new or older channels, adjusting the content, and eventually, you'll get that push into the feed.

There are some creators with multiple channels doing good. They know the algorithm and have cracked it well.

Thanks for the tips! I believe that you are correct!

I've got two channels with two different problems, my first 2 or 3 shorts get pushed on the first 48hr, I get 500-1000views, then views drops to 1-5 a day till it hit 0. then all shorts I upload will gets 1-10 views only.

I have another channel where every shorts I upload gets pushed & accumulate views, but all old shorts lose suddenly the views, some gets 1 or 2 a day.

The content of the shorts is not good enough, try changing the content

What do you think would be a good metric to monitor the quality of content and get feedback ? because I have currently a 97% AVD, and it shows 69% CTR (people who decided to watch).

Thanks man.

exactly you need to upload the videos to a new channel because sometimes certain channels have no luck even though the videos may have quality, however do keep in mind, you need to test it for 2-3 weeks to come to the conclusion that a "channel" isnt worth grinding on. Also keep in mind that promotions can boost your channel, so give it a try through that method as well and finally move onto a new channel.

Is the Turkey method working so far

all social media is like this a big shit show

one idea is try paid traffic to give a kick boost

is anyone buy traffic for videos ?

How long do you warm up the accounts?
Yt accounts don't need to be warmed up, they either start to get views from day 1 or not. If you're not getting a views , change the channel or content.

lol i'm building a channel, and have subs and almost 1 million view on another channel, if one of my videos doesn't go viral, that sounds like a really good idea. Delete the channel, and start again with one video! lol

Your probably talking about spamming youtube with low quality videos on accounts that you don't give a damn about. Thats different from legit short uploaders. If your getting 0 views, its probably cause your content is turd and your channel got ghosted from buying views or subs.
