Facebook Marketplace "Request Review" not showing!

I bought an account from here from the BHW marketplace, the account was made in the philipines, I am using the Venezuelan marketplace, so far so good, the issue I am having is that I cannot seem to find the "request review" option, nor does it appear automatically when i am having a conversation with someone on marketplace. I can only review the buyer

So far it has been 30 days since i bought the account and started using it

You don't see the "request review" option, it may be due to insufficient account activity or regional restrictions. You can try making more transactions or contact BHW customer support for more details.

Thanks for the reply, I don't believe there is a regional restriction because there are many Venezuelan profiles with ratings on Marketplace and i have around 100 products posted and many sold within the 30 day timeframe that i had the account for, how do i contact BHW support?

In the philipines and in Venezuela there are many profiles in marketplace that have ratings
