What i am thinking its to search for people on social media like facebok ,instagram ,tiktok and send them dms and promote to them an affiliate offer but you need to search for people interested in your niche
For example if you intend to promote a weight loss offer you need to search for people interested in losing weights

B. an Internet connection

I guess, you can borrow a tablet from a friend or relative. That's free... temporarily until you return it.
As for B, you can go to places that offer free WiFi - airports, Starbucks, schools, many government facilities, etc

WILLINGNESS to do work, DISCIPLINE, and FOCUS can lead to money.

After this, you just need the DISCIPLINE to REINVEST your income so you can SCALE up your $$$
