Quora Spamming - How?

Everytime I create a new Quora Space this account applies to be a contributor, no matter the niche. I accepted once but he/she/they just posted pro messiah/israel conent not matter the niche (not that I have problem with that, but on my NSFW Big Butts page?), Quora is usually pretty hot on spam, but this account seems to be able to get away with it.

With 4.4 million views it would be interesting to find out how they are doing it, to say spread the word of CPA rather than the word of the messiah.

Some people try to convert other people to their religion with every way they can. I don't think it's appropriate to spam other people. That's all.
