how to develop my NSFW reddit account without getting shadowbanned?

so I have been trying to start over my reddit account after my main was brigaded and falsely mass reported, leading to a permaban;

then I have been creating many accounts trying to bypass the ban which worked for a while, but each time I got shadowbanned, I could do less and less actions on other new accounts, now if I post a NSFW picture on my own profile, it leads to an instant shadowban.

important detail- my accounts were mostly 1 day one up to a week, so maybe too young of an account to make posts.

could it be my IP that is flagged as spam? or reddit employs some adaptive AI anti-spam system (posting NSFW pics worked for a while. now I cannot do NSFW actions on my own profile)

also I have made at least 10 accounts, all got shadowbanned maybe due to my impatience at first by posting too much and getting flagged as spam, which was not really spam.

now I have a working new account, and it is fine (didn't comment yet though) do you guys think that I should go slow and comment normally without posting for at least a week?


note#1 - I need to post NSFW on my own profile, but now I know if I do with an young account it will lead to a shadowban, but I am unsure if I should build my account by commenting slowly for some days or weeks, or it is my IP that is already flagged as "malicious/spam" again, due to reddit filters being oversensitive and shadowbanning me for no reason. (so I will promptly bypass it by asking my internet provider to change my IP)

I am suspecting reddit employs some sort of adaptive AI that checks the behavior of many accounts, hence mine being shadowbanned after posting NSFW on my own profile, which I did with all accounts, immediatelly after creating them.

note#2 - if I upload the same image that I did with other shadowbanned accounts, it will lead to a shadowban.

TLDR- Progressively got shadowbanned, now cannot post NSFW content at all on young accounts, (ex. on my earlier accounts I could post NSFW and not be shadowbanned, but now I cannot post NSFW since it will automatically lead to a shadowban).


note#3 - I have a brand new working account, not shadowbanned at all and it is fine.

alright then, I will try to build over my new account for 2 weeks, then post my stuff to see if I get shadowbanned again.

I can't change my IP immediately anyway (even if I said promptly, it would take a week since the technician would take some days to arrive) so I will experiment and see what works and what does not with my new account.

also more notes -

reddit weight these actions in consideration before shadowban: posting something, (especially NSFW which I suspect it have a higher weight due to amount of OF models that try to advertise there) commenting (even 5 is too much in the first days) and editing. (I tried to edit my post after making some 3 comments; got instantly shadowbanned.

limited actions on the first days/weeks- for example you can post twice in a day, then comment but if you edit your post/comment, you will get shadowbanned (too many actions performed) and I am sure upvoting/downvoting too much will trigger the spam bot thinking you are a bot.

now if my account gets shadowbanned again, I guess it is due to my IP being flagged. but I am not really sure what is at play here, so I will experiment and leave some notes here from what I discover.

also note that they don't instantly shadowban (so it seems my IP is fine, but I am unsure); what shadowbans are the actions that you do that lead to it, often it seems random, such as just editing one post.

aging the account is a big factor; karma as well, but accounts that are younger get crushed by the reddit anti-spam sledgehammer very easily, just check out r/ShadowBan and you will see a big amount of users that got shadowbanned (false positives).

I will be experimenting and leaving more notes, because it seems there is not much online about dealing with this and the reddit new anti-spam systems and the CQS (contributor quality score) they implemented recently.

update #2 - I will try again with same IP, but changed my user string agent, cleared all cookies, since I got a last throwaway account I guess it is worth figuring how it works, before I get a new IP.

hey I have some news, I used a user agent changer so I look like I am using mac os, and now I can post even NSFW pics, and didn't get banned.

User string agents are taken into consideration, and probably my IP is dynamic anyways, but I am still unsure, so I will keep experimenting.

I found a way to use chrome user agent switcher to bypass it, working fine right now, if my method stop working then I will try anti-detect browsers with a proxy, I will keep experiment as well to see what triggers reddit algorithms and post more here when I have more info.

update- I commented once and got shadowbanned again, actions per day are limited otherwise you get a shadowban out of the blue.

alright, I am gonna experiment with my last throwaway (but same IP) to see if it works, also at the moment I do not have access to VPNs, so I have to work with the tools I have, using a user agent spoofer worked somehow, but got shadowbanned as soon as I posted once the next day (?) I am not overly aggressive, and I don't know why it keeps happening, I guess it is my IP (turning on some free VPNs I have also leads to shadowbanning).

yeah that is what i am gonna do next, I have been experimenting and flagged IPs are set to stealth ban where you get banned as soon as you post something.

I don't want to buy an account though, what I want is to understand how reddit flag fingerprints and what criteria they use to ban.

I got insta shadowbanned on my last account, no matter the scrolling, or waiting, it just leads to a shadowban

I am sure my IP is already flagged, but I don't want to wait until my ISP rotate IPs since I have no idea if they do it weekly/monthly etc and i need a fresh reddit acc

I wanna add that Reddit actually tracks metadata of media files that are being uploaded to the service - pics/vids/gifs everything, so If you want to use the same piece of content per multiple accounts, you need to at least erase metadata and ideally change hash algorithms of media files (which is a bit complicated), I think metadata removal is enough for reddit tho. And If your proxy is shit warm up won't help much, and you'll highly likely to get SB after the first comment/post you make - I'm telling you this from personal experience as I had accounts warmed up for 8+ days, but they would die quickly after I posted, on the other hand I see ppl start commenting & posting the FIRST DAY they create acc and they go away with it and, not like hq proxy makes your acc bulletproof, but it matters more than the warm up process.
