I recently began an endeavor to open up a window washing business. As the title says, upon creating a google business profile, my page was subsequently suspended for deceptive content. Google's support team is practically nonexistent so whats the black hat way of going about this? And yes I already tried to appeal with the correct documents, reviewed googles terms and conditions, and attempted to create a second account

Did they give you any information on why they banned the account? What was misleading?

No, hardly any which is super bizarre. I didnt even receive a case number. Ill post a photo for all to see

I have had an account banned due to changing the address and trying to verify. They just didn't like it. Then as you say their support is terrible. I have another party look after it now and they were saying to me that they need to request a change to google before actually making changes. This helps avoid bans

Did you make a change at all before getting banned that you know of?

I assumed since it was so vague that it was some routine "ban" that they do to ensure you arent a bot, or that you are a verified business. I subsequently sent business licenses and other documents showing that we are a real business. It turns out that that wasnt the issue lol

Has anyone else got a google profile called 'Kings Window Pros'?
Nope, we made sure to check that when forming the company

Ah i see, and were you able to resolve it using the third party
Yeah we were able to resolve but you shouldn't have to pay at this stage of the business. We were running for 2-3 years before we had trouble and that's because we tried changing address.

Usually sending business information in an appeal helps so this is really strange that it didn't resolve. I assume all information on the profile matches the information you sent through. Like address, name and licence numbers

Unless theres some microscopic error than it should. Our page is kingswindowpros.com, i have yet to determine what the misleading content is

I've never had problems with the GMB having issues with the site. It's more the information on the GMB listing like address and name. Have you got an address liked to the GMB profile?

Once upon a time to verify they would send a letter to the address and then you would enter the code within that letter to verify. It was easy. But with that people were able to essentially make anywhere their address if they could just intercept the letter. Now I know google log in and check things like maps for sign writing on business location. I've also spoken to people that have actually had a live video call with someone from google and they had to show them the whole workplace to prove it was where they operated.

You can solve it when you apeal and even you lost the case the support will get loo into to put in additional details "url from govermental body where is clear and visible licence ID of your business"

I think you may have just found an issue. I just realized there is no address attached to the gmb. I dont know how it let me create an account without it. Thank you. Ill lyk if it doesnt work

Update: they are still reviewing it and it has been roughly 10 days. This is a really good sign considering that they banned us instantly before. Ill make sure to let you guys know if they approve us.
