he is a fucking scammer , always making up excuses and now its been more than 1 week without action from his part.

I contacted him with another account on Tg, he is responding because I said I was interested in his services and when I say refund me he started talking another way .

Always have a trust budget rule thing.

Like I never send more than $100 USD equivalent to anyone no matter who he is before getting any service delivered. And $2800 USD? I would never think about it.

I recently broke this $100 USD rule and almost got screwed. So, from next time onwards try to use buyer friendly payment processors. If someone asks to start chat on TG and pay via USDT, RUN FOR YOUR LIFE.

The concept of sending money to individuals you don't know doesn't necessarily mean you are going to get scammed. A level of trust is needed for anything in life otherwise you've literally have to be in a vacuum.

It's true, there are consequences to every action. Even if you don't mean for anything to happen it's in your best interest in have protections in place in case the worst comes.

However, despite all of this, the idea that somehow now the scammer is right is so wrong and so silly on too many levels.

I might be wrong, but I've already seen someone saying that there is a scammer with multiple profiles and Lord Creepy is one those profiles, I read it like one month ago in a dispute resolution thread. They are working in the loopholes of this forum rules, since they can only be punished after stealing the money, even when there are obvious signs that they are offering too good to be true prices or applying for any kind of job

That is crazy. Whether it be a smooth move or not, sending that guy thousands, I am sorry for the (hopefully temporary) loss. You should definitely try to reverse the transaction through your bank, citing these text messages as proof of having been scammed. What a c*nt.

Dispute or not, your money is gone. Sorry, but that's the truth. He has scammed tens of thousands of dollars from BHW members since around June. When his current account gets banned, he'll just create a new one, contact BHW Support, ask for a crypto wallet, send $94 for a Premium membership, and repeat the process. Scamming members pays off for him. He is right though, sending $2800 to a stranger online, via Crypto is risky to say the least.
