You can remove the old devices but usually fb will disable the account because of unusual actions, you should only do that when you have logged into the new IP for more than 1 week

this is not possible.it is very rare to have an account using 2 devices with different IP.unless you log in one on your phone and one on your computer or emulator.other assumptions will almost certainly be checkpointed and likely unrecoverable

This is normal. If you've saved the login information for devices you've logged in on before, it's fine. I still log into one account on both my laptop and phone without any issues.
