You lost me, bro. Are we talking stablecoin strats or EU crypto laws? Because MiCA is dropping soon, and it's not just about nuking USDT. There's a bunch of other BS in there. It's gonna screw over businesses, but users will just use international exchanges or DEXs to get their USDT. The EU can't really touch those.

Binance basically told MiCA to kick rocks by shutting down some EU operations. They're playing the "we're not here, so you can't touch us" game. But they're still offering services to Europeans, so they're walking a tightrope. They might be hoping to fly under the radar, but MiCA is a big deal, and they can't completely ignore it.

The EU market for USDT was peanuts compared to the rest of the world. So, MiCA ain't gonna make a dent in USDT's value. Most of the whales are trading elsewhere.
