Someone has to organize this. But it's not an easy thing to organize.
The best way to do it is. Just book the conference in a hotel. Food, accommodation, transportation, and other things we go Dutch.
A place like Himachal, or Sikkim would be an excellent choice instead of busy cities.
We could probably brain strom ideas, bounce back till we finalize on something.
Probably have a few speaker meetings, tech, marketing and SEO speakers. Plus the rest of the days we spend networking, chilling etc.
100-150 is a good turn out.

Mumbai would be an ideal location for this! I’m happy to help manage the logistics, such as deciding where to meet and setting everything up. However, to make it truly successful, we’ll need a good number of members to join in.
