I paid a forum member $100 to make a website and they robbed me, did not do the work and actually tried to get me to connect to a bot to drain my wallet.Is there anything we can do about this as members?

You can open a dispute thread in this section. If found wanting, the member would be asked to resolve the issue with you by either delivering or refunding. If they refuse, they'll be permanently banned and even their new accounts(if they create new ones) would be banned as well.

raise a dispute but that won't get your money back sadly but will rescue another one from this scam

Ppl are so effing dishonest man. Sorry to hear that. Ppl working hard for their money and phuckers out here playing with ppl's bread.
