Amazon Affiliate marketing

Hi All,

I have heard a lot about Amazon affiliate marketing. Is it really easy and a good option for additional income? If yes, How should I go about it / how to start?

Build a website in a niche that amazon has popular products for. Build up the site to be an authority in the niche. Keep adding new cross over posts, where you also review products, or create an in built e-commerce store where you refer people via links. Like you do with your bhw signature.

Don't ask for ideas of what to build, there are so many subjects, especially when you look at world biographies, that contain so many subjects under the sun. Just pick one, and see where you can get with your first one.

Thank you for your response. Somewhere I read people should have certain number of followers like 500 or 500+ before starting Amazon affiliate program. Is that true ?

I started a new business with a new amazon affiliate account, and no, I don't have social media followers. The only thing that you have to qualify for is 3 confirmed affiliate commission sales in 3 months I think it is. So basically once you get say at least 5 people coming to your site everyday, you can do what I done, and place an amaozn affiliate banner for a product or 2 in the ad inserter for the bodies of the articles. That way if its a good looking and relevant product people will click, and the good thing about this strategy, is you can display 1 or 2 specialized products only, and concentrate on the site. Refresh the ads every quarter? see which ones perform the best.
