If your account is constantly held, change to a new account
And if you don't have enough capital to run ads because you hold too much money, I recommend you consider looking to advertising account rental companies.

fb has continuously updated new algorithms, you should only add tags once, and limit campaign changes, as well as unusual campaign budget changes.

you can set the threshold to just $2, and pay credit, if you hold the money it will only be $2 and not affect too much.
