1. They have two different logins, one for a proxy portal, another for another part of their site. It's really confusing and dumb.
We have maybe 1 or 2 people say anything about this per year. We have quick links within the billing portal to get right to the proxy portal. It's not that big of deal.

These are IP's directly from the carrier and cell tower. They are all fast within spec and no issues from customers other than once in a while there is a slow down in a certain market but usually clears itself up quickly.

If you choose LV, NV and it says AZ or TX that's because the carrier frequently moves the IP blocks around to different markets within their network so they don't get abused in certain areas. Once they do these moves it usually takes about 2-3 weeks for the all the registeries to show the new location and they all pull from different databases. But if this is the case right when you get an IP, it's best to just change IP again and get one that is in the correct location. This is very rare also and doesn't happen very often.

Most of our customers are so happy with them keeping accounts going longer that they keep coming back for more. Have a few Google ads customers who have the same accounts for months with no issues. Losing accounts is not always due to IP addresses, there's lots of other factors.
