Hey Guys,

I'm developing an in-house system to generate organic growth using Instagram bots. I’m using the Node.js framework Puppeteer and I will be using a mobile browser since I do not want to invest into a phone farm. I've encountered two main challenges:

Mobile Proxy Selection:
I've researched various proxy providers, including established companies like DataBright and vendors from the BHW marketplace. While established providers seem more reliable, just I'm worried about potential issues of them not liking and reporting me for running a network of 10,000 Instagram bots. Do you guys have any recommendations for reliable mobile proxy providers from BHW marketplace or if I should just stick to data bright?

Browser Fingerprint Modification:
Also I realized that I need to effectively mask browser fingerprints to make Instagram believe I'm accessing via mobile browsers. If anyone is familiar with Puppeteer, do you know of any resources that you would recommend for bypassing common browser fingerprint detection methods like canvas fingerprinting using puppeteer? I know about Puppeteer Stealth and similar tools, but they don't seem to work consistently. I'd prefer to learn these techniques myself or follow tutorials on using Puppeteer to handle detection bypass, but I haven't found many resources online.

Thanks for the help excited to keep you posted on how it goes!

Is it even possible these days to make IG accounts with a browser?

For Pupeteer and other stuff, @lucky.sparks is their father. For mobile proxy, there's no other better advice to test and see for yourself

Looks like you have some good ideas! Yes I think good quality mobile proxies will be essential

Our marketplace here is filled with some interesting proxy providers. Could have a look at the replies to see the reviews from their active users.

I'd be very surprised with botting IG through a browser be it mobile would be very successful, but it might be worth a try. Getting good proxies would be essential, but I'm not sure it will be enough.

I think it's best to reach out and try multiple providers at first. Then start small before scaling. Or spread your usage across multiple providers if you're worried about getting reported. With Instagram, it's really a trial and error process due to their changing algorithm but sound like you're in good path. Best of luck in your project!

We have a lot of customers running about 2 years Instagram automations. OS Fingerprint is very important and will reduce detection a lot.
