Anyone experienced with WP Custom fields wanna help me real quick?

I've been trying to figure this out, or rather why it is so hard to...

Simple thing, I need to search and replace a specific string for a custom field (or rather a blank custom field) out of a ton of wordpress posts.

Done this before, but I have searched high and low tried all the plugins. The best I have managed to do has been identify them in the posts table and using ctrl+f to find them and opening them individually (ridiculously time consuming). However if I try to inline edit with ACF or any other plugins that allow me to the text that appears is different. My understanding is that this custom field is a combination of several custom fields. I got the structure correct when setting it up, however still no inline edit.

It's a theme problem but the person who makes the theme is not understanding me, blame the language barrier maybe.

I don't like asking for help, but here I am.

I'm a little rusty on wordpress development so please give me some grace if the info is a bit wrong lol, but sometimes you need to clear the cache to see the visual changes of your wordpress site. Best cache clearing plugin in my opinion is W3 Total Cache.

Oh it's not a cache problem. I have caching disabled when I'm logged in.
