Beginner looking for guidance to $10,000 months

Hey!

I'm a 23 year old looking to see how I can start making a good amount from online. I work as a Marketing Coordinator (Organic) full-time, but looking to see how to branch out and use the earned money as stock investments.

My strengths:
- Really good at organic marketing with a good knowledge of tools for more guerrilla marketing methods
- Extensive experience in Graphic Design. I can pretty much make anything I need and make it look professional
- I can make a website look really good (pretty much bc of the graphic design experience, idk how to code lol)
- Can pick up 99% tools and panels and get the hang of it quickly
- Got a full-time job, so able to invest a good amount regularly

My shortcomings:
- My marketing experience and skills is limited to organic, not paid. Therefore, FB/Google ads terrify me
- I'm not able to show my face online due to my job
- Got pretty severe unmedicated ADHD (the process in my country takes 18 months to get medication) so it's really hard for me to stay focused

Also to note:
- I've got experience in hiring virtual assistant's to help out with things
- Although I work full-time, I've got a partner who's in college but is open to doing work while i'm at my job if we're able to get money coming in pretty quickly

What do you think are some good options? Also open to harsh criticisms too lol

With your graphic design and marketing skills, have you thought about creating niche digital products or templates to sell on platforms? Or even niche blogging paired with SEO?

I think that plays to your strengths, doesn’t require you to put your face online, and can be scaled faster with your partner or VAs.

See this is where i fall short, I wouldn't even know where to start in order to find a pain point to create a niche digital products or template. Do you have any tools/people I could talk to about this?

I've always thought about doing it, it just seems like such a competititve market, I wouldn't know how to get the upper hand compared to all of the competition

You are at least a decade away from doing 10K months, and that's if you are able to achieve that in the first place; everyone's dedication and commitment are different. Your current experience is nothing related to years grinding away, building your own business taking your own risks, and having many fails and only a couple succeed. So you are still to start off at ground zero. There are lots of requests every week for this kind of "help" like someone can give you a magic fantasy key to earning thousands doing nothing.

The only thing you need to do is wake up, and get to work earlier than everyone else, and stay up working later while people watch tv and go to bed. Do that for years, and make hundreds of mistakes, and you'll maybe make some progress and have the chance of a 10k month,

Start with a smaller target. Or else you'll find yourself quitting real soon. You don't just reach 10k if you're not already reaching 1k. Baby steps.
Find something that works and brings in the money and then scale it as much as you can.

Perhaps you could start a content services agency, using your skills in organic marketing to create or manage social media accounts for clients.

You can use your marketing and design skills to start with freelancing or website building and slowly gain experience
