Hi,
I am one of many individuals who have been scammed on Flippa.com and have not received adequate assistance from Flippa Support. I am reaching out to connect with others who have had similar experiences.

My goal is to gather a group of victims and file a formal complaint with the Australian Cyber Security Centre regarding Flippa’s apparent support of cybercrime activities.
If you have experienced this as well, please get in touch so we can take action together.

I am not scammed but very curious about what happened. Could you share more details about it?

Honestly...
ACSC most likely won't even take direct action, they are much more focused on national cybersecurity issues rather than individual consumer fraud.
But they may forward the report to the necessary bodies who may file complaints and look into it further.

I bought a portal that was based on dropshipping. I spent about 1200 USD on the portal and 1000 USD on marketing. It turned out that from the promised profit of 1500 USD / month the profit after 3 months was Zero. It turned out that the proof of income during the sale was fake. I asked Flippa for help and even indicated an identical auction. Flippa blocked my account and accused me of conducting an investigation on my own. At the same time, they blocked the seller's account, some kind of paranoia.

Did you talk to your Australian bank?
You used an Australia Bank right?
You will have a much higher chance getting your money back from there.

I prefer not to share too many details publicly, as I believe members of the cheating team from Flippa may monitor such posts to track the status of this case. I can confirm, however, that the bank involved is not based in Australia.

I’m looking for individuals who are willing to describe their own cases and share their experiences.

Bummer but I believe that here only legal matters can be solving something, online complaints i believe very hard

Got it
Best of luck, put the baddies away !

The bank has started cooperating with me as they have received all the payment details. They intend to submit a formal request to the police for further investigation.

Yes that is the ay but Flippa will get away again because they dont do anything about these malpractices which they approve on projects which are sold trough them.Must find institutional way and report then as well at Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) not only ACSC

Oh, that’s good advice. I’ll give it a try—thank you!

if you don't share more details how may people help you?
I don't need help. I'm looking persons with the same experience and overall details has been provided. Naresh

Make a site called "fake flippa listings.com", and then list it as an auction on the platform to take the piss and get marketing. This might be a good way if you can get a screenshot of the site on a viral Reddit post in /r/seo, for example. That would be a good place to ask too, not just here.

Thank you. It is good idea.
