Looking for a parnter to grow a high ptentials crypto subreddit

I have a subreddit in crypto niche, when i first got it it was inactive for months and had 800 members but when i got it and reopened it and make it public gain 1k members in just two days, so now it is 1.8k memebrs, this sub has huge potentials it has great reach and engagement rate, but i'm clueless when it comes to crypto so im not able to grow this sub and get the max out of it and grow it big ,so i'm looking for someone who is familiar with reddit and he is good with crypto to add it as a mod so he can help grow the sub and monetize it, for 35% for me 65% for him share.
