If you have some solid ideas to scale, you should do it from scratch. Buying monetized channels can work but not all the time as they have some risks attached to them.

Dont buy Channels as they can get flagged, and banned. Start from Scratch and build your channel your way.

I think the happy medium for you is to buy aged accounts to test things. Any monetized ones being sold are prob junk or they would keep them, anyone who said no its not is prob lying or scam.
