Ran reps on shopify with SP and got banned at 20k p/m. Advice for a bulletproof set up that also keeps me protected legally (need to make sure it's ghost) . Please drop any suggestions e.g. cloaking, payment processing.

I agree with the other members. Use Woocommerece so that you can own the asset and no ToS will get your site removed.

You decision to move on woo commerce is right but their are some sort of things to remember. Your website can be blacklisted by google so make sure you use cloaking properly.
