The traffic comes in as referral traffic, just like from twitter or any web2.0 property. They seem real, my bounce rate has gone down i have received clicks. Why not see the reviews before judging. :)

Thanks King.....and for all you others, I know this thread is very long, and there are good reviews inside. Some have even reported clicks. And as far as clicks go, I do not guarantee them. :D
