Why am I still a loser on Instagram?

On TikTok I have videos with +1M views, account created last month, still growing it, but I'm already seeing the results. Medicine niche, I'm reacting to other popular videos.

But the same videos on Instagram don't perform well. So far, my most successful video on IG has 4k views. Very low compared to TikTok. What is happening here? Why am I been successful on TT while the same videos don't perform well on IG?

TikTok is more suck recent than Instagram and you can make photo post on Instagram to boost your account instead of reels only and add hashtags to trend on different list

Diff platform, diff algo. Try to diversify posting times, hashtags, trend music etc

Tiktok is still organic, while instagram and youtube are algo curated, no more organic. You gotta make the algorithm work for you.

Do you post videos in reels format? The same video with the same content but the distribution will be different. Before entering TikTok, it was filtered by age and interest, studied behavior very carefully to be able to distribute to the right user file. While Insta is completely different, it is much larger and the distribution without spending money on advertising will be almost very difficult to reach the right file you want. That is one of the reasons why almost the same video but the interaction has such a difference.

They both work differently. TikTok shows your videos to more people, even if you’re new. Instagram relies more on your followers, so it’s harder to get the same reach there.

Consider commenting on huge pages and follow for follow methods, not sure how the later works recently. But, IG is quite tough to grow.

I reckon 90% of the views on tiktok are fake. Their system creates artificial views and followers to increase dopamine levels of users and get them super addicted.

Could this be true? because the rate of views on Tiktok looks quite unreal, as it hardly converts, my page garners the views but little followers.

Each platform’s algorithm works differently and prioritizes different types of content. TikTok tends to favor videos that are addictive and highly shared, while Instagram may favor high-quality videos with good engagement.
