I am back my pornsite just hit 100k vistors and now hitting 3500-4k daily active users all organically without any paid ads, I wanted to provide this site for free but hosting costs are getting up there, just wanted some advice is it possible to sell this website? any idea how much? or is it better to keep going with my previous plan, by adding premium challenges/content and user pays by crypto

Websites are sold according to the revenue they generate, unless your site is in an industry that's highly profitable, most people would only be willing to buy if it's already generating revenue. If it isn't, the price would be ridiculously low because there's no revenue to base that on.

Start monetizing your site through CPA or display ads for about 3 months, then use the average earnings of those 3 months to know/calculate how much to sell the site.

Pulling in 4K daily organically is impressive... you’ve definitely got something valuable.

Why not try premium options for a month or two to see how they perform before making a decision?
Could be the easiest path to offset costs.

You can put adsense or other ads on your website and earn from clicks.

yep, what person above me said. Google "CPA Advertising" or just CPA here on BHW, you'll find a bunch of providers for pop up ads banners and whatsoever for porn sites. With that amount of traffic you can easily make at least a few hundred bucks per month, but most likely more

i launched the website on nov 4th, started the ads on nov 14th, i have popunders from 1 juciyads and 2 exoclick and i have made around 20$ combined in that time frame is that good number?, I use embed iframe for the porn from pornhub, xvideos, the difference in my site is that i provide joi, edging etc challenges, I added logins to the site on nov 20th and so far i have 389 signed up users, new features that are coming up 37 people have signed up for waitlist

yes new in the porn field, the first version of the site was just a 3 day project, I didnt expect anyone would use it

It can definitely be sold, especially if it generates a lot of organic traffic and has a mature user base, like Flippa, FE International can sell

You can put a banner under your video player that says this space is for sale, then link it to a contact form.

People will contact you for prices.

Other than you can use ads.

yes I do i think people are just bored with the same porn channels, they want something different/exciting, also I am in a niche thats not alot people have made site with

If you’re willing to invest more time into your project, it can be very profitable in the long run, especially if you can continue to expand.

absolutely, I am happy to invest more time in this as this also gives me a chance to learn more nextjs and react,
I also recently found out that all my traffic is tier 1 so its all from United states, Canada etc

i coded it myself using react typescript, nextjs, and mysql for database

Update

I added a Top ad banner on mobile and now I am generating $1.60 a day, the user count has also grown drastically, yesterday was my best day 6,836 users in a single day its crazy, reddit community has grown as well, I have been trying to reach out to OF creators for collabs, but all I get is dudes pretending to be the modal or bot is there a better way to communicate with them?

If you’re looking for a quick return, selling it is a good option, especially if you’re not interested in dealing with growing costs or future maintenance.
