How PerfectPanel user can add Non PerfectPanel Panel as provider?

hello, I have a custome made SMM Panel script, it supports api v2. But Panels hosted on Perectpanel can not add my panel as provider (it says provider doesnt exist, when they try that)> I already opened a support ticket on PP support desk. But maybe any of you know what should be done and how they can add my Panel as provider? Thank you!
