Tell me your memecoins (solana) strategy?

I like to get into coins early and trade the shit out of the waves

I like to be into coins that may survive long term, slow movers, and trade the waves slowly

I like to enter coins with long term prospects as soon as they pop and hodl

...

Ive been into memecoins for about 30 days now. Ive dipped my feet in the water, sort of say.

But i feel like im missing out. I feel like i could be doing better.

Getting in on successful coins early and hodling is rare, and risky.

The slow moving coins with long term hope are small and rare trades, wont make me rich

Trading waves is fun, but kinda stressful and a lot of work. And ive been burned more than once by putting my profits back in during a large dump, and then the coin rugs and im left with nothing, or with a fraction of the profit i could have taken out. Just today i traded Nexus with 3 sol initial investment up to 15 sol taken out as profit. Then on the dip i put All 15 sol back in, because the project really looked legit. Then it pumped a bit, i took some profit out, and then it fucking rugged.

I ended up with 5.7 sol profit. It could have been 15 easily. Still not too bad for a days work, but i worked at it a lot, and i should have earned more.

I was pissed after, so i degen gambled 2 new coins with 1 sol real quick, and i profited 1.1 sol, so i felt a bit better. But this was super risky.

Anyway, im still trying to find my place in memecoins, as you can see. I feel like there is a lot of potential here, a lot of profits that im missing out on.

I would like to hear your strategies for playing with memecoins, so that maybe they broaden my horizons and i can incorporate some of the stuff you guys do in my situation, and be better.

Please share. Thanks :)

"Ive been into memecoins for about 30 days now."

That's where I stopped reading.

Lol jk. I actually believe it's much harder now compared with a few years back, heck even a few months back.

Anyways, it's a real minefield out there, so do some good risk management. I'll be following this thread.

My portfolio is $40,000 now, all profit. So i did some things right in 30 days.

But i need to do better. Its the opportunity of a lifetime, lets lambo this bitch damn it.

That's great achievement, congrats! I'm very bad at this stuff, whenever I make a move, the price moves the bad direction. Seems I'm wired to the sheep-like mentality or reasoning.

following this thread. learning about memecoins but heard there are lots of scams....

are you able to withdraw though? seen that people say you can only take out bit by bit.

My strategy is to follow successful traders through bots. I manage to make good money every month on this. The main thing is to choose successful traders.

My strategy involves scouting early projects on Solana, setting profit targets, and pulling out initial investments once doubled. I focus on coins with active communities and consistent volume to reduce risk. Diversification and taking profits at regular intervals help avoid major losses. It’s a grind, but sticking to these rules keeps me steady.

How do you define consistent volume?

buy high and panic sell low

never fails

a strategy that most traders follow by heart

For memecoins, I focus on identifying early trends, setting strict entry/exit points, and sticking to risk management—diversifying investments and avoiding emotional decisions during market fluctuations.
