I am going to start outsourcing for articles, but where is the best place for that.
I am looking for a large amount articles. I will provided them keywords in certain niche.
Price I am looking for $1 or less for each article...

Its kinda hard to find $1 per article. its paid according to word count.

You can get $1 articles from places like getafreelancer.com, but you'll have to edit them so much it'll make you sick. Shorttask seems like there wouldn't be enough workers to write for you on a consistent basis (but I've never tried them myself). Odesk is good but I don't think you'll get anything good for $1 because the good writers get good feedback and up their prices quickly.

Odesk really do have some great writers. On the other hand, you have some writers who will have you looking all wide-eyed when you see the content they spit out. Those great writers aren't an exception to the rule, either. What's tripped out is some of those great writers will beg to work for you and only give you less quality than what you agreed upon before hiring them (chances are they are thinking about the low pay they asked for - silly). So be careful of them.

cyberhubonline gives descent quality 250 word articles (it's never 250, they always go over a bit, usually 260-275 words) for $1.50 each. 85~90% of the time they get accepted to ezinearticles without any editing required so the quality is not too bad. The turnaround time can be horrendous though..

If you need decent content which will be worth your and search engine's time you'll have to pay at least 5-10 times more than $1 per 500 words I'm afraid.
