Effects of a deleted YT channel

I had a YT channel that was doing fairly well in the search-based niche.
For example, It was getting about 50 views daily per new video.
Then, after 3 strikes, the channel was banned and deleted for posting prohibited content (teaching how to get subscriptions for free). My appeals were turned down. So, I decided to post similar videos on an old channel (on the same email address). I only changed the channel name to something new.
But despite trying everything, this new channel is not flying like the other deleted channel. I will get 10 views daily per new video, sometimes just 5.

So I'm wondering, does it have anything to do with both channels being on the same email?
The methods and ideas I used are basically the same, so it's not a matter of quality.

If the channel is not so strongly promoted, try to create a completely new channel, on a new email, so that nothing is connected to the old one

Starting from scratch is difficult. I can add another email, then disconnect the old email

This may be because YouTube has linked your new channel to the previously banned account and may be restricting or monitoring it.

Hey,

When you link your videos to an email that had channels under it that was terminated, got striked etc....any new channel or channels under the same email could be affected as well, because youtube will mark that mail as spam. So isolate your new channel, rest it for 1-2 months and then get back to uploading, in the meanwhile you can create a new channel, however keep in mind to isolate it complete, which means new email, new ip, new mobile numbers and new adsense.
