I Need a good web designer/coder

I'm looking for a good website designer/coder, I don't have a lot of
money to begin with but, this is a sort of restart for me I have 15 domain names/projects for different niches that will need doing over the next 3 - 4 months this amount may become more as time goes on, so basically I'm looking for a sound designer/coder that I can have an on going business relationship with, once things start to come together I can pay a bit more.

I'm looking for someone to design me a site similar to scrapgolduk.co.uk it can be done as a wordpress theme/joomla or any platform you are happy with so long as the coding is secure for the admin backend & customer logins (the admin and customer logins are for updating the gold price calculator and to inform customers what is happening with there items e.g item received and is being appraised, then once the items are appraised the price offered, with an accept or reject offer button) it will also require a scrap gold price calculator, contact forms, faq page, about us, testimonials, basically everything available on the site mentioned, the site must have a professional look and feel with simple navigation to put the customers at ease, the content can be taken from the mentioned site but must be re written to some degree for uniqueness, or I can do the content once the design has been completed.

Website needs to be properly optimized for SE's ,
Use of original Graphics is "A MUST"
Use of catchy Key Phrases on the website similar to those on the once
mentioned above.

I need this doing pretty soon so please contact me with your prices and some examples of your previous work and ideas for this project.
