Tool to Track Twitter/X User Activity

I am looking for a tool to notify me when specific users follow any new accounts on X and notify me with push notifications on my desktop or phone.

Does anyone know of existing software which could do this, or if anyone can create this?

Not sure if any available panels for Twitter do just that. You're gonna want to consider custom software for something like it.

You can use Make. Thinking fast I will do:
Connect X with API to Make, set Up the trigger and notify you in TG/Slack/Sheet/WhatsApp....

Just open a Discord or Telegram account - create a webhook and use IFTTT ... When a certain user posts something, you get a notification on telegram or discord. Enough tutorials on YT for that. *Very Simple*

I need it specifically for when someone I want to track follows a new account, not post notifications.

You can Google it, please. Its easy.
You can use Make, IFTT as said above, pabbly...
I know you can do it free with the X API and Make and you have guides and videos to learn.

thanks i just figured out how to use Make but i checked their twitter api and they don't have any triggers for when a user follows a new account

I think they had it before, anyway you can do it in other ways, we have shown you the idea, now it is up to you to find out how to do exactly what you want.
You also have other tools that use scrape and RSS, you can use them and find your solution.
