Recovering BSC tokens that have issues

I have a token 0x19661223c71337121c58363152df8f35ee4be399


It pumped today after a long time so I went to cash out some tokens on pancakeswap to then find that even with really high slippage (40%) it wont allow the swap, it says insufficient input amount.

Is there really no way to cash out these tokens now?
