I’ve tried screen-cropping from real user profiles, but they’re not ideal and often need AI adjustments to blur out certain elements.

There is many tools that will let you scrape the accounts and give you the direct URL to the posts. The URL's expire usually after 12-24 hours so make sure to download them right away. Also make sure that you are making changes to the images or you will just get banned or the posts removed due to re uploading content.

What is your niche? You could find pictures of animals, landscapes etc on unshplash or pexels. As for the older instagram accounts you can buy accounts in the marketplace here.
