As far as I know you won't be able to track your competitor's page, but you can advertise to your competitor's audience.

You should've mentioned that. There is no "tool" that will help you to reveal what is hidden on purpose. You'll have to get access to the Facebook page to see them, and that will not, and should not, happen. Focus on likes and comments on the posts instead.
