It's not that it's broken, but the price of twitter services has increased dramatically, especially followers. The services to increase followers have increased 7-10 times for no apparent reason.

Yeah, doesn't seem like there's a particularly large outage. If there happens to be one, it's towards a specific number of users or some common denominator between the affected accounts. Doesn't appear to be a sweeping issue though, not at initial evaluation at least.

The ban rates are very strict, Twitter will just ban those accounts and most people cannot deal with it, because they increased their security. Why not get premium accounts and try to get engagment that way?

Make your own engagement farm, stack it up.
Its pretty easy to build and wont bankrupt you if you actually have a way to monetise it.
