My account has been disabled by Facebook.

I was an administrator on a friend's page that has apparently gone against the TOS.

What is the best way to retrieve the account?

I have same experience here. I think you cannot retrieve it. Just make another account.

You can always write a mail to facebook support but chances of you getting your account back is almost 0...

Yes, usually when you send them an angry email, they enable it.

Basically Peter, I explained the situation as in the first post, made sure that they understood that it had to have been a mistake by Facebook and I demanded they enable my account.

Were you the creator of the page? How can they disable an account for just being an admin on a page?

Hell, that means I could make illegal pages, invite some people I want to take down and make them admin to get their accounts disabled

One account, if that was the problem.. facebook put hundred of my accounts on Photo verification mode, basically making them useless. I doubt there is any way you can retrieve these accounts unless maybe you are some kind of good guesser

I got a private account that got roadblocked when I was traveling that I now need to restore, where do I send the email?

Now there is no gurantee that you can recover your account.

Facebook totally sucks about this issue.. Account disabled means u have no chance to get back this account from facebook
