Binance verification check not working

Hello, after a year I login my account it ask for face awareness check verification and it not loading.
Is anyone having same issue ?
I need help.

Turn off VPN, try different device, update the app, login on desktop.

I stay far away from binance. I have close friends who are in a huge lawsuit against them for not releasing funds.
I switched over to bybit a while back.
