Best offshore for adult processing (CCBill etc)

Hi I am living in Asia. I want to set up an adult website, of course none of the adult processors like CCBill will support countries in Asia.

I need to set up an offshore company with a bank account - maybe a Delaware company or something in Hungary or Panama, so I can hook the processor up to it.

Does anyone have any recommendations for this?

Yes Delaware was an option but we will go for Hungary. Bit more expensive but easier to get to in case of any problems.
