X account error : " Oops, something went wrong. Please try again later. "

Hi,

I can connect to my account, but I can't use it because since I added my birthdate, I got an error saying: 'Oops, something went wrong. Please try again later.'

I can't get past this error and I can't use my account anymore!

There was another post about this same error, but it was payment method related I believe. Got other accounts to maybe test out some differences? Try and figure out what might be causing it and all.

X is buggy as hell, this kind of error appears all the time when trying to edit your personal data, changing password, etc

The problem is added birth date but when I added it I didn't notice it meant I created the account when I was less thant 13 yo so they blocked the account

They sent an email, I had to proof the age of the account owner and they unlocked it

Oh rough. You're gonna want to straighten that out with the support team about that error. Might need some verification info just to confirm you're not 13 or so, I'm sure they'll tell you what you might need to verify. Best of luck.

That's quite fast all things considered. But yeah, it's an age verification thing so that's a factor. Good stuff though.

There are so many bugs on X. Was obvious to happen as many of the employees were fired. They left some work for new joinees.
